Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

On event days, the Box Office business hours will be Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM through the end of the event and 10:00 AM through the end of the event on Sunday.

The Sabres Store is open:

• Monday-Friday: 10:00-5:00 pm
• Monday-Friday Bandits and Sabres home games: 10:00 am until end of game
• Saturday & Sunday Sabres home games: 10:00 am until end of game
• Saturday & Sunday Bandits home games: 3:00 pm until end of game
• Saturday & Sunday (non home games): closed
